House Rules

The purpose of the rules and requests outlined in this house rule is to ensure that our guests can enjoy peaceful and pleasant days at the Pici Alma Guest House and to prevent any possible misunderstandings.

By making a reservation, it is assumed that you are familiar with and accept these house rules, and that they will be adhered to.

Check-in/Check-out:

The guest house can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Earlier check-in and late check-out are possible only upon prior agreement with the owner, subject to availability.

The guest house operates on a self-check-in basis, therefore these details will be communicated by the owner prior to arrival.

From September 1, 2021, in accordance with the applicable laws in Hungary, the personal data of guests using accommodation services in Hungary will be recorded through a document scanner and transmitted to the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) by the accommodation service provider. Therefore, guests are required to present their identity card upon arrival.

The full participation fee includes the pre-booked days, and in case you decide to end your stay earlier, we cannot refund the money for the remaining days.

Safety and Liability:

Children are not allowed to stay in the guest house, wooden shed and the entire yard without adult supervision.

The water meter well in the garden has been sealed with an iron cover. Climbing on the cover is strictly prohibited and poses a risk of accidents.

The operator is not responsible for guests' belongings, damage to cars parked in the yard, and any accidents that may occur.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 

Pets are not allowed.

– Please respect the peace of the neighbors and other guests, especially after 10:00 PM.

Smoking is not allowed in the guest house; it is only permitted outdoors, and please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated ashtray.

It is not allowed to bring any flammable materials or devices into the guest house.

Fire can only be made in the designated fire pit while adhering to all fire safety regulations. Please ensure that the fire is completely extinguished after use. The burning of materials other than firewood and paper (e.g., plastic, rubber) is strictly prohibited.

When leaving the guest house, please turn off the water, electricity, close the windows, and lock the door.

Reporting Issues:

Please report any malfunctions or issues in the guest house immediately to the operator.

Guests are required to use the equipment and appliances in the guest house as intended. Damage resulting from improper use must be reimbursed by the guest upon the operator's request, but no later than before departure. 

The guest is responsible for any damage caused on the premises.

The guest must report any malfunction of the guest house's equipment, appliances, or other items to the operator. The guest is not entitled to repair the malfunction themselves or attempt to repair it. Liability for resulting damages is excluded by the operator.

The guest is only allowed to take any items or equipment from the guest house premises with the prior written permission of the operator or designated representative. Any rearrangement of the guest house may only be carried out by the operator or appointed representative.

Cleanliness

Guests are requested not to eat in the bedrooms. Please use the dining area for meals. 

Before leaving the accommodation, guests must wash any used dishes, utensils, grill, and cooking equipment.

Waste separation: Please collect and separate the garbage accordingly. Place plastic, aluminum bottles, paper, and packaging materials in the yellow-colored container provided for this purpose.

By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest has read, understood, and accepted the contents of this house rule. In case of violation of the house rules, the accommodation may be canceled. In this case, we cannot refund the remaining days. We hope that your time for relaxation will be enjoyable and uninterrupted according to your expectations
